A beautiful set of the ever popular Rhine Wine Glasses by Cristal d'Arques! I often see these little wine glasses confused with the bigger Hock Wine Glasses. These crystal beauties are indeed meant for drinking Rhine wine, a white wine. The small bowl and long stem is meant to keep the wine chilled, and it's said the green colored stem enhances the wine's color.
Maker: Cristal d'Arques-Durand, marked ARC and FRANCE on the bottoms. Arc is the parent company of Cristal d'Arques. Often you will see these glasses attributed to Luminarc, also an Arc brand.

In very good vintage condition.No chips or cracks. I will note that one glass has a minor flea bite on the outer edge of the rim - it is not sharp; please see the last photo. Set is priced to reflect this flaw.
How to Care For: Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent. Rinse in same temperature water and hand dry. Do not place in dishwasher.
Please let your glasses come to room temperature after enjoying a chilled drink before washing! Vintage glassware is extremely temperature sensitive and going from cold to warm can "shock" the glass causing it to shatter.
