Vintage 1980s Rolodex (Model VIP-24C)
Vintage 1980s Rolodex (Model VIP-24C)
Let me tell you about my latest vintage office supply obsession: vintage Rolodex. Yes, seriously! These little analog card files are so cool. Originally the Rolodex was used as an analog address book to keep track of your contacts' phone numbers, addresses, and other pertinent contact information. In today's digital world, you will find Rolodex being used for all sorts of interesting purposes - including their original purpose! My favorite upcycled uses for a vintage Rolodex include as a recipe index, memory keeper (great for scrapbookers!), password keepers, and as art or junk journals.
Rolodex - Model VIP-24C. Made in USA. This model was produced in the 1980s. It has a smoke gray cover to keep your cards private and dust-free on your desk. Base has little rubber feet to keep it from sliding. Comes with all of its original alphabet divider cards and 149 blank Rolodex cards.
Dimensions: 8.25" long by 4.75" wide; 3" tall. Takes cards that are 4" wide by 2.25" tall.
In very good vintage condition. No missing pieces or broken parts. Cards glide smoothly. The plastic case does show scratches and signs of use.
