This beautiful set of ceramic canisters is a vintage kitchen gem! Made in Japan. Each canister features a white background with red, yellow, and blue poppy floral illustrations and blue lids.
I recommend using these as decorative canisters to store non-food items. To use them as food storage, keep the item (like flour, coffee, tea or sugar) in its original bag inside the canister. They make a beautiful statement piece, and would be the perfect addition to a styled shelf in your kitchen or dining room. Given their design style, I believe these are from the 1990s.
Unknown maker. The large container does have an "R" insignia on the bottom; however, I was unable to identify it as a maker's mark.

How to Care For: Dust exterior with a damp cloth as needed. If you need to wash these, hand wash with mild dish detergent in lukewarm water and rinse in same temperature water. Do not let soak.
