An original grayscale landscape, signed (what looks to me as) "M. Hero '86" on the lower righthand corner in red. This painting has been professionally framed in a matching silver and teal wooden frame and comes ready to hang.
Acrylic on board. Realistic style. This painting is entirely grayscale; perhaps a night time landscape? Depicts three trees - one prominently in the foreground, and a large rock along what appears to be a riverbank. The background suggests a river island and the moon shimmering above. No title or other information on back. No details available about the artist.
The trees and grasses have complex detailing through varying tones of gray, adding detail to an otherwise simple color palette. I also love its monotone quietness.
In excellent vintage condition. There are a few nicks to the wooden frame, likely from its trip to the thrift store!
